This Bainbridge Island, WA. home honors the Greene and Greene tradition of architecture found in the Gamble House of Pasadena, CA. With its uncompromising views of the Olympic National Park, the building site accentuates the architecture. Every detail from the river stone faced foundation walls to the flared barge rafters found in the eagles nest, mimic the craftsmanship reminiscent of a time found in the past. Douglas fir, cedar and Brazilian cherry were carefully chosen for the interior and exterior finishes. The same attention to detail was given to every other component of the home.
